Semantics
Make meaning explicit
Domain concepts, constraints, permissions, transitions, and relationships are modeled directly instead of being inferred from implementation layers.
About
The company exists to make that meaning durable enough to build from, shaped by more than 25 years of work across product, engineering, operations, and internet-scale B2C and B2B systems.
Cohesive Systems was conceived and developed by Leo Gorodinski after more than 25 years building and scaling internet-based systems across B2C and B2B domains. The work has crossed product, engineering, business, and operations, with the same recurring problem: important system meaning is usually distributed across code, databases, APIs, workflows, documents, dashboards, and team memory.
When meaning is fragmented, every change becomes translation work. Product intent has to be rediscovered. Backend constraints drift from frontend behavior. Operational processes live outside the model. AI agents are left to infer structure from code and text that were never designed to be durable context.
Cohesive treats that problem as a language and systems design problem. The goal is not another framework around an existing stack. The goal is a semantic system graph that records entities, relations, transitions, processes, projections, interfaces, infrastructure, and agent context as first-class structure.
From that graph, implementation artifacts can be generated, reviewed, verified, and evolved with less reliance on scattered convention. Teams still use real databases, codebases, APIs, workflows, and UIs. Cohesive makes them realizations of the shared graph rather than separate sources of truth.
Semantics
Domain concepts, constraints, permissions, transitions, and relationships are modeled directly instead of being inferred from implementation layers.
Execution
The system graph lowers into code, schemas, APIs, workflows, projections, infrastructure, and agent-facing context for the systems teams already run.
Operations
Processes, effects, observations, and safe action boundaries remain part of the system model instead of becoming external operational knowledge.
Vision
See how the same semantic model applies to SaaS products as systems of record, action, workflow, and agency.
